In this connection, this study is also helpful to identify the organisational communication and the impact of this organisational communication on the business of Villa Maria. In addition, the organisational structure, its finance and budgeting structure, the corporate social responsibility of this organisation has mentioned in this study. Moreover, this study is also important to discuss the data collection approach, which is required to accomplish the study. In this connection, the data collection method, data analysis methods has mentioned. Background of the Company Villa Maria is a wine manufacturing company, situated in New Zealand. It has several number of vine yards across the country. It can be stated that its major manufacturing process is being from Auckland, Gisborne, Marlborough and Hawkes Bay. On the other hand, Villa Maria has portfolio of seven different brands such as Villa Maria, Thornbury, Riverstone, Kidnapper Cliffs, Esk Valley, Vidal and Te Awa. In addition, along with the domestic business, Villa Maria has expanded its business in the global market such as Asia, Australia, North America, Europe and North America etc. Objectives: The objectives of the study can be discussed briefly in the following: To critically estimate the impact of organisational communication on the workers behaviour To critically evaluate the financial forecasting in order to predict the organisational performance To critically estimate the impact of corporate social responsibility on the organisation. Hypothesis of the Study: There is a negative relationship of the organisational communication on the workers behaviour There is a positive impact of the organisational communication on the workers behaviour of Villa Maria Scope of the Study This study will be helpful to estimate of the impact of the organisational communication on the employees behaviour. By identifying the communicational skills, the business will be able to improve this organisational behaviour. This will enhance improve the relationship with the companys employees. The business will be more successful in the future. Organisational Communication Villa Maria Estate is famous for the wine manufacturing company in New Zealand. As per the statement of Christina et al., (2014), in case of the formal communication, the manager of this company communicate through the official website and through the mail. On the other hand, in case of the informal communication, the managers of Villa Maria used to communicate with the employees face to face (2016.Villamaria.co.nz). Moreover, in case of ethical communication of the company, Villa Maria tries to keep the information of the consumers and the workers private. Du Plessis Barkhuizen (2012) added that the business tries to maintain the honesty with the stakeholders. As a result, it can be mentioned that this organisational communication is helpful to communicate with the workers of the organisation. The workers can also give their feedback or can express their thoughts towards the manager of the company. On the other hand, they can also take part in the decision making procedure. Moreover, the manager of the company can recognise the workers behaviour in the global market. The manager of the company can supervise the behaviour of the workers. Therefore, it can be mentioned that the business of Villa Maria will be successful. According to Suma Lesha (2013), greater communication between the manager and the workers of the company can make a business successful and increase the productivity. Organisational Finance and Budgeting In the words of Suma Lesha (2013), it can be predicted that the business will be successful. This business has developed with the rise in time. In addition, it can be mentioned that the revenue of the business has increased from the year of 2014 to 2015. In 2014, the revenue was $58553 and in 2015, it was $ 82120 (2016.Villamaria.co.nz.). On the other hand, it can be observed that the financial performance of this wine manufacturing company within the New Zealand wine manufacturing industry is at greater position. Villa Maria has acquired a greater market share within the wine industry (Teh Sun, 2012). Therefore, it can be stated that the business strategy of Villa Maria is appropriate. In addition, it can be mentioned that the profitability statement of the business will be increased in the future. Therefore, it can be mentioned that the amount of total assets will be also increased. This reflects that Villa Maria will be able to invest more in the future year. According to Christ ina et al., (2014), higher the rate of investment in the business, greater will be the return from the business. The investors will also willing to invest in the business of Villa Maria. Moreover, Du Plessis Barkhuizen (2012) added that the business strategy of Villa Maria was appropriate. Organisational Corporate Social Responsibility Teh Sun (2012) opined that social responsibility of a business is able to maintain the profitability condition of a business. In addition, it can be mentioned that the ethical framework can maintain the balance between the economy and the ecological system (Thomson van Niekerk, 2012). In this purpose, Villa Maria considered the functions of the shareholders, who invest in the business. On the other hand, Villa Maria also focused to the requirements of the consumers. Corporate governance can also balance the interest of the Villa Marias stakeholders. On the other hand, it can be stated that corporate social responsibility of Villa Maria is able to encourage the business to perform ethically. As a result, the organisation will be able to reduce the detrimental factors from the business. Moreover, the corporate social responsibility is capable to support the public valuation. This corporate social responsibility is able to motivate the professional and the personal development. This will effectively increase the relationships with the stakeholders of the company. Data and Research Methods In order to complete the study, the researcher has conducted an interview method. In this purpose, a set of 6 questions has conducted, which will be forwarded to the employees of Villa Maria. Based on the employees feedback, the organisational behaviour will be identified (Du Plessis Barkhuizen, 2012). In addition, an open ended questionnaire has framed for the managers, who can also inform about the organisational culture. Data Collection Method In order to discuss the data collection process, the researcher has planned to conduct an online service. As a result, the questionnaire will send to the employees of Villa Maria by company website. Moreover, the quantitative survey will be conducted on the managers of the company by taking the permission of them. Data Analysis After the analysis, it can be stated that there is a positive relation between the organisational communication and the workers behaviour. With the help of the regression analysis by using the SPSS statistical software, this conclusion can be inferred. Therefore, it can be stated that the null hypothesis has rejected and the alternative hypothesis has accepted. This study has highlighted the organisational communication and its impact on the performance of the company. On the other hand, it can be also observed that the total amount assets have increased from the previous years to the last year. Therefore, it can be stated that the business strategy followed by the company was appropriate.
